Permitting and Monitoring Compliance Support

GGI has experience in compliance support for the development and monitoring of permits required in construction and commercial operations that require a continuous permit for operation. This service is provided in conjunction with the Agricultural Services that supports these activities with GGI’s qualified agronomist.

GGI has expertise with development of the SWPPP or 404 Permit, with interaction with the appropriate regulatory agency, and with the compliance inspection to satisfy the requirements of the plan and permit. GGI can also provide supplementary audit services outside of the mandatory inspections in order to assess the success or potential deficiencies of site conditions.

Many times the process to complete the information necessary for the SWPPP or 404 Permit may require the delineation of wetlands. Each permitting process has the authority to identify if wetlands may be impacted by the proposed activity, whether the activity is temporary or permanent.
